| Comments: | Two Norris Geyser Basin features, Root Pool and Cats Eye Spring, have been added to the database. Root Pool is an acidic spring located in the Back Basin on the south side of the boardwalk between Crater Spring and Arch Steam Vent. Cats Eye Spring is in Porcelain Basin, southeast of Crackling Lake and a few meters away from Glacial Melt Geyser. Consider adding a note describing the color and water level of these features if visiting Norris. |
