Note: | 06/07/1965 Steamboat – 8:15 AM North & South vents are both steaming heavily. About every 5 min. the South vent will send up a fine spray of H20 – probably not more than a gallon at any one time. H20 can be neither be seen nor heard in the N. vent. From this I gather that H20 has not returned in sufficient quantity for eruptions to begin. (The N. vent has been widened on the North edge from what it was last year.) 1:30 PM – Still no water in either vent. |
