| Note: | 7/6/84 {tim m} - first noticed a change in Cistern Spring at 10:15 am. The water that normally flows over the “terrace steps” had ceased. I also noticed small wavelets rebounding off the scalloped edges of winter back towards the center of bubbling Cistern Spring. A subtle indicator that Cistern’s flow had lessened. There did not seem to be enough flow to send water over the silica edge down the terraces. |
