| Note: | Sept. 1, 1995 Monarch was having light boils and sizzling over the N vent @ 1644 w/some eruptions 1-1½’ at 1656 {see note below} boiling started in South Vent quite heavily w/bursts 2-3’ at this time N vent stopped boiling - at 1701 the heavy boils in S vent ended and light bubbling continued until 1705 when basin’s water level began dropping @ 1712 there was complete drain. [NOTE - full disclosure ~ original logbook entry stated 1456 which is obviously a typo - edited here to 1656} |
