| Note: | 6/29/1994 - - watching Monarch.Its cycle seems to have changed to low eruptions for 15-20 min every 2 hrs. Eruptions at 1240 and 1642. Last eruption was green for 10 min – great amount of “dust” released along w/ 1 large rock 3-4”. Smokey’s recorded temp variations throughout the phase of Monarch {illeg} 205°F. Have seen phasing of the pool overfilling w/2 north vents left of lg boulder rapidly boiling for 20 min, pool drains - refills & vents start again. Both “eruptions” were from the 2 north vents – no eruptions from the vents between the 2 large boulders. |
