Note: | Consistent wide boiling along the north/northeast rim for most of the morning, typically at intervals of about 10 minutes. One boil at 0912 easily reached three feet tall, though it quickly died down and was isolated to the NE rim. The most active period was from 0930-1040, with at least three wide (though short in height) N/NE rim boils that put runoff over the edge of the pool between 0930 and 1000. At 1025 there was a NE rim boil up to about 15" that had some force behind it. At 1037 a NW rim boil put a moderate amount of runoff out that side of the pool. Except for the 1037 event, most boils seemed concentrated on the NE rim. |
