| Note: | Sand Spring (= 53 meters north of Pinwheel Geyser in Norris Porcelain Basin), or a major vent very close by, had at least 2 eruptions between 1700 and 1900. The first was significantly obscured by a large steam plume. I observed a definite, brief, decent-sized burst on the 2nd occasion. |
