March 15, 1987 - no time noted - Harding Geyser– As I was approaching the museum, I could hear a large splashing coming from Harding. The pool was full and very, very slightly overflowing. A rather vigorous boil over the main vent was reaching 2-3 feet high. When I returned 6 ½ hours later, the crater was still acting this way. |
