| Comments: | Saw heavy steam as I biked past the north Daisy trail and I thought I saw one burst but it was difficult to tell. Steam was still thick when I got within sight but it dissipated shortly thereafter. Runoff channel was steaming as well and the pool looked very full. On 9/17, the water level appeared to be lower with only light steam coming from the pool, and Pear Spring was erupting with East Round completely drained at 1128. I'm pretty certain West Round erupted but cannot confirm an actual burst. |
