| Comments: | The pool over the SE -little finger- vent drained at 8:37 and all eruptive activity from this vent ceased for 5 minutes. At the beginning fountain type jets on the order of 50-60 feet in height were observed from it. The second phase of eruptions from it continued on well pass [sic] 9:00 with jets shooting still up as high as 40 feet at that time. The heaviest or main water phase can be considered as having ended 8:54 Main vent ended at 9:04 |
