| Comments: | Time is based on a midpoint of observations by Micah until 0200 with water from both vents progressing and the Pit filling to overflow, and Nick finding Ledge in steam phase when he arrived at work after 0800. I arrived at 0900. I observed the progression of water in the vents yesterday for 9 hours, and observed the steam phase and pool levels today for 10 hours. I believe this eruption was on Day 5 of the cycle, but need more information about other's observations on the morning of Day 4 before my arrival.. I will possibly add more observations in a Note, later. It was still in steam phase when I left at 1900. |
