| Comments: | Observed a series of big bursts from Honeycomb Geyser. The first burst was at about 1515 or 1516 (I only saw a large steam plume). Directly observed two big bursts at 1517 and 1518. Indirectly observed another big burst at 1521 - I only saw a large steam plume immediately after the burst. These big bursts erupted from a water-filled pool. The pool's water level was noticeably lower at 1532. No visible water in pool at 1541. All observed from Fountain overlook platform. |
