| Comments: | A report in the February 1998 issue of The Sput revised the start time to ~0641 "when an odd wash of warmer water ran down the Plume runof channel." Steam was first observed at 0823ie, water spikes ~0900, and the eruption "had apparently ceased by...1245." The start time in the OFVC logbook remained 0150. |
