| Comments: | prediction GT 1854; had large surges from 1858:52 to 1859:12, after which it basically collapsed into a few small jets and quit. Perhaps those 20s of atypically tall surging at that point in the eruption (already 3m in) spent all the energy needed for a ~4m eruption. |
