| Comments: | From the Oct 1995 Sput, pg. 5: "At 10:00 on 27 September both Ralph Taylor and the Carnegie Institute system recorded an eruption of Daisy. A t 10:09 Ann Deutch, over near the Ranger Station, saw another large steam cloud. The next observed eruption of Daisy was at 12:33 (seen from Grand). Subsequent investigation showed the Splendid markers washed, along with the strong fishy smell from cooked cyanobacteria. It is concluded that Splendid had a single major eruption at 10:09." |
