| Comments: | Saw Feather start from the old road. 20 ft surge from Mastiff as I was almost around to the platform. Feather off when that came into view - so off by 1540. 2” of water covering India by the time I got to the rail. Bijou back on at the tail end of 1540. I suspect the Feather start I saw may have been a restart. |
