Minors don't emit noise visible on YNM. Instead, I think this eruption is one where there is an extended, 'quieter' water phase, with steam not dominating the eruption until, in this case, 1128. This happened a few times this season.

This time is also confirmed via tantalus discharge which started to rise at 12:15, less than 75m from start of 11:04 eruption time.
