Comments: | Bijou was paused for about a minute before southwest vents got loud and Mastiff was visible at 2308:05. Southwest vents began erupting at 2308:37 followed by Feather at 2309:40. Feather's Satellite came on at 2310:09. I spotted rust at 2311:27 and Cave erupted at 2313:29. Mastiff surging was sporadic and peaked around 4' but never really held it. India was 60-70% covered. Feather shut off rather suddenly at 2315:30 for a hot period duration of 6m40s. Posthole and it's satellite turned on at 2317:47 heralding Feather's return 30 seconds later at 2318:20. Feather satellite joined Feather for a brief time during the restart and Giant began its typical surging. There were several nice surges to about quarter cone height but it never poured water out the front or sustained it's pool level. Giant quit surging after about 3 minutes and Feather weakened until I finally called time of death at 2323:47. Restart duration was 4m27s. |
