| Comments: | Bijou pause, then water rising quickly in Mastiff and SW Vents spitting at 0929. 0930:09 SW Vents on and water in Feather, 0930:41 water in Cave and Posthole, 0932:02 Feather on for a Giant hot period. Mastiff reached overflow, Rust started at 0932:40, and Cave began to bubble vigorously. 0934:27 Feather's Satellite on, 0934:39 Cave erupting to 2-3 feet. Turtle overflowed and Mastiff finally began to boil, mostly 1-3 feet but it had a few pushes to 4-6 feet with steady heavy runoff that covered India. After about a minute of being mostly flat with a few boils, Mastiff abruptly dropped out of sight at 0938:10 and Bijou came on at 0938:30 followed by B-C Vent at 0938:50. Feather weakend to about half height but came back along with Slit and water in Posthole at 0939:05. 0939:40 Posthole on, along with bubbling in Posthole Satellite and Emerald, but Giant surging was mostly angled and low in the cone. 0945:07 Feather off. |
